Jarir is good when I need to find something quickly, and the shopping experience is usually smooth. That said, I don’t think their prices are always the most competitive. I’ve found a few items cheaper on other online stores, so now I usually compare prices first before buying. I still shop there sometimes, especially when I need something right away, but I’m more cautious about assuming it’s the best price

"Tracking left me a bit uneasy"
I ordered from jarir.com and the tracking experience was frustrating. The status just stayed the same for days, then suddenly changed without really explaining where the package was or what was happening. I don’t love being left guessing with an order, especially when I’m trying to make sure nothing gets delayed or lost. The delivery did show up in the end, but the unclear tracking made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be. They really should make the updates more detailed and reliable.

I randomly checked Jarir for a laptop and a few accessories, and I was relieved most of the stuff I wanted was actually available. The color options were easy to see too, which helped me decide faster. Not much to complain about really, I just like that I can check stock before going to the store or ordering online. Makes the whole shopping thing way easier...

"Click and collect was fine, just a bit slow"
I ordered through jarir.com for click and collect, and the booking part was simple. I got the ready message the same day, which was nice. When I went to the store though, I had to wait around 20 minutes near the counter, and the staff seemed a little unsure about where the order was. The product itself was totally fine and packed okay, so no real issue there. Overall, not a bad experience, but it could definitely be a bit smoother.

The only thing is the waiting time was a bit longer than I expected, but eventually they sorted it out and even followed up with me after. Not a perfect experience, but it was good overall

I saw the laptop listed as in stock on the site, so I went ahead and ordered it, thinking everything was good. The next day, they called to say it actually wasn’t available and offered me a refund. Like, why show it as available in the first place? Anyway, cool, love wasting time on fake stock updates. They really need to keep their inventory info updated
